As a certified systemic and resilience coach, I guide people and organisations in challenging leadership, team, change or decision-making situations. I support managers and executives in their personal development with a focus on self-management and in helping them to build a clear, reflective leadership culture.
I am also particularly keen to strengthen women in management positions. I do this with great passion in national and international client projects, in female empowerment programmes and as an accompanying coach at renowned academies in the field of female leadership. As a communications expert, I also advise decision-makers on how to create authentic and future-oriented communication that enables transformation and value-orientated cultural change.
